  • You fixed my car. The service recommended was great. For that I thank you. The problem was in the billing. When I authorized the work I told my service advisor I had coupons. He said ok to bring them in. When I got their I went in to see him I presented them to him. He told me it had already been taken care of. I went and payed the bill, signed the tag and went home. Later in the evening I was reviewing the bill and noticed that I was charged full price no discounts given for the coupons.   • I brought my 2012 Cadillac CTS in with an issue with the drivers seat. My service advisor Frank was quick to address the problem and provide me with transportation while the vehicle was being repaired. He called me several times with updates on what was being done to repair the vehicle and when the it would be finished.
